Procedyne Corp., New Brunswick, New Jersey, U.S.A. and Schwing Fluid Technik GmbH, Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany incorporated a joint venture in 1996 under the name Fluidaire Cleaning Services (FCS) for thermal contract cleaning and equipment services.

Both thermal equipment and contract cleaning services are available at our New Brunswick, New Jersey, U.S.A. plant sites where we are here to serve you 24 hours/day, Monday-Friday. This facility has the commercial objective of supplying thermal cleaning equipment and contract cleaning services to the various industries requiring these types of services.

Our facility is available for sample testing to interested clients who are considering outsourcing cleaning requirements. Please contact us to arrange for a test or demonstration. Standard, Next Day, and Same Day Services are available. We offer both batch and continuous capability.

Complex Tooling Cleaning · Large Production / Small Production · Large Volumes / Small Volumes

Complex Tooling Cleaning

Complex tooling, including static mixers, blown film and casting dies, injection molding tips and nozzles, structural foam injection nozzle assemblies, metering pumps, breaker plates, hot runners, spinnerettes, assembly spin packs, extruder screws, filter bundles/cradles, and manifolds can be cleaned.

Large Production / Small Production

FCS can accommodate tooling up to 80" long x 36" wide, clean blown film dies, accumulator heads, extruder screws, injection molding screws, automotive parts, and more.

Large Volumes / Small Volumes

FCS can economically clean high volumes of parts, as well as large parts with irregular shapes. FCS also has smaller furnaces for processing smaller volumes or loads at lower costs.
